26 May 2011  , FCI acquired a majority stake in Anytek Technology Corp.  in order to expand its industrial market presence by leveraging Anytek’s prominent position in the growing terminal blocks market. A leading manufacturer of connectors for the data, communications, consumer, automotive and industrial markets, FCI signed its stock purchase agreement with Anytek, a Taiwan manufacturer of terminal blocks, last May 20, 2011 with the transaction closing date expected in June 2011. As of May 20, 2012, ANYTEK Technology Corporation Ltd. operates as a subsidiary of FCI SA.

Products

Through hole reflow & Surface mount technology Currently, SMD is widely used as it is more economical and mounted/soldered automatically, so it should be integrated into through hole parts in the process of production. However, THR & SMT parts (PCB type) meet the traditional THR (Through Hole Reflow) technology. The product design conforms to IEC 61760-1 Surface mounting technology – Part 1: Standard method for the specification of surface mounting components (SMDs) / DIN EN 61760-1 Surface mounting technology - Part 1: Standard method for the specification of surface mounting components (SMDs).

Euro type wire protector system This series is economical PCB terminal blocks, which mainly take 2P/3P as the base and can be combined into any desired poles according to customer’s requirements with the pitch of 3.5~12.5mm, and have some different wiring angles at horizontal (180°), vertical (90°) and bevel (45°). Anytek provides customer with the most appropriate terminal blocks in a most economic way. This series applies to security systems, lighting systems and general electronic products, and the product design is in accordance with some international standards, such as IEC60998, UL1059, CSA C22.2 No.158 etc.

Euro type rising clamp system This series is practical PCB terminal blocks which utilize the rising principle of metal housing and are also provided with two main features of compact construction and firm connection in design. They can connect all kinds of conducting wires whose cross-sections are 0.08mm2 to 35mm2. The pitches are available at 2.54mm~19.0mm, and there are some different wiring angles at horizontal (180°), vertical (90°), and bevel (45°) to match the 1/2/3/4-layered designs and increase application diversity. Most of them take 2P/3P as the base and can be combined into any desired poles according to customer’s requirements. This series applies to power supplies, frequency converters, industrial control and information technology. Meanwhile, we can provide labeling services on terminal blocks if necessary. The product design is in accordance with some international standards, such as IEC60998, UL1059, CSA C22.2 No.158 etc.

Euro type pluggable system This series is pluggable terminal blocks with many types, which can be made into different combinations and are also provided with 2 main advantages of simple maintenance (Can be pluggable) and reliable connection in design. The plug has two options: locking type and rising type, and can connect all kinds of conducting wires whose cross-sections are 0.08mm2 to 16mm2. The pitches are available at 2.5mm~10.16mm. Customers can choose the insertion/withdrawal direction, screwdriver operating direction and wiring direction at their own options. The contact can meet application diversity by matching the design of single layer, cross/parallel dual layers, and different bending angles. This series applies to the industrial electronic equipments, electric power, medical equipments, etc. Also, the product design is in accordance with some international standards, such as IEC60998, IEC61984, IEC60947, UL1059, UL486E, CSA C22.2 No.158 etc.

Euro type spring clamp pluggable system This series is spring clamp pluggable terminal blocks, which achieve the most optimized design from the mechanical point of view and has the features of anti-vibration and stable clamping. They can provide various wiring combinations with simple operations and compact construction so that the conducting wires can be inserted promptly without any tools. The pitches are available at 2.5mm~7.62mm. Customers can choose the insertion/withdrawal direction and wiring direction at their own options. This series applies to the industrial electronic equipments, electric power, medical equipments, etc. Also, the product design is in accordance with some international standards, such as IEC60998, IEC61984, IEC60947, UL1059, UL486E, CSA C22.2 No.158 etc.

Euro type spring clamp system This series is spring clamp PCB terminal blocks with 2 connection methods: cage clamp connection and butterfly clamp connection. They also have anti-vibration feature. Moreover, the spring connection terminals and rising terminals can be replaced each other, which increases the flexibility to a greater extent and has the features of simple wiring operation and compact construction. They can connect all kinds of conducting wires whose cross-sections are 0.08mm2 to 16mm2 and the pitches of 2.5mm~20.0mm are available for your selection. There are some different wiring angles at horizontal (180°), vertical (90), and bevel (45°) to match the 1/2/3/4-layered designs and increase application diversity. Most of them take 1P as the base and can be combined into any desired poles according to customer’s requirements. This series applies to communication systems, lighting systems, security systems, wiring layout for buildings, etc. Also, the product design is in accordance with some international standards, such as IEC60998, IEC60947, UL1059, CSA C22.2 No.158 etc.

Accessory Currently, the coding keys applicable to the pluggable system, handles, PCB tracks and relay modules are available.

Barrier type terminal block In structure, they comprise PCB type, closed barrier type and pluggable type, and can connect all kinds of conducting wires whose cross-sections are 0.5mm2 to 6mm2 with the pitches of 6.35mm~16mm. There are two types: cover type and no cover type. This series is widely used in power sources, industrial control, information products, and household appliances. The product design is in accordance with some international standards, such as IEC60998, UL1059, etc.

Screw machined PIN & IC socket At present, Anytek provides customers with various kinds of screw machined Pins, IC sockets, spring Pins, PGA sockets.

Dinrail type terminal block The structure of closed screw hole ensures the perfect operation of screwdriver and they can be fixed on the common U/G-shaped rails. Besides, the stackable design of single Pole allows us to install the products of different wring capacitance on the common rails together. The insulator is made from PA66 which is characterized by good toughness and flame retardancy; the wire cage clamping structure of brass alloy prevents the products from adverse circumstances such as moisture and salt spray. The product design is in accordance with some international standards such as IEC60947?UL1059, etc.
