Vishay Draloric
Vishay Draloric is a global leader in the manufacture of thin film components and networks on ceramic and silicon including resistors, capacitors, inductors, and microwave components, specialized in thin-film resistive products using tantalum nitride. Products branded Vishay / Draloric include discrete resistors, resistor arrays, resistor networks, discrete capacitors, capacitor arrays, resistor / capacitor filter networks, and inductors. High quality, patterned, thin-film substrates are produced in volume for both the hybrid circuit and microwave industries for military and industrial hybrid circuit applications.
Draloric is a world wide corporation supplying many different products and services to many different industries. One of those industries includes the industrial manufacturing industry and electronic component/semiconductor products. Draloric Semiconductor was an ON Semiconductor company. In 1987, Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. acquired Draloric Electronic GmbH in Selb, Germany. The roots of the Selb company go back to the year 1900, when the locally based Rosenthal porcelain factory founded Division E to develop technical ceramics for resistors and insulators. Products designed and manufactured by Draloric include motor driver ICs, power supply ICs, LED driver ICs, discrete devices, flash memory/EEPROMs, microcontrollers, audio ICs, data communication ICs, sensors and more. Automotive, portable electronic devices, and visual applications are all markets Draloric direct their products toward.
